Meet the team

Tom Gair

Managing Director

Tom joined Bounce in 2017, bringing with him a background in project management. He’s our all-rounder and leads the team.

Tom plans most of our projects, gets stuck into the creative, handles research, and even jumps into web design when needed. He’ll most likely be your first point of contact at Bounce.

Chat to Tom about any of our services and he’ll figure it out. Ask him about vinyl records or cricket, though, and you might be here a while.

Joe Humphries

Creative Director

After 12 years in the industry Joe’s knowledge spans a broad range of design and print. He works closely alongside our clients and artists, primarily in workshops and discovery sessions.

Joe offers an in-depth and comprehensive approach. With his strategic thinking and creative solution skills he is able to integrate visions, ambitions and values into striking, successful brand identities.

Sean Humphries

Founder & Director

Sean formed Bounce in 1996 amongst a tangle of Macintosh cables. Having worked in the industry since 1983, he’s done his time. Amazingly, he still loves to get stuck in on a Monday morning.

Sean is a Director at Bounce, and works on a variety of different projects. Known as ‘eagle eye’ for his attention for detail, he provides creative and strategic direction.

Matt Hart

Designer

Matt joined Bounce in 2023, bringing design expertise from agency and freelance work with clients like Imperial College London and the University of Oxford.

He’s a key part of the team, known for his creativity and sharp eye for detail.

Outside of work, Matt’s into running, swimming, and collecting records—and he regularly battles Founder Sean in high-stakes games of table tennis.

Alice Warriner

Junior Designer

Alice joined the Bounce team in 2024, after graduating from Loughborough University.

Alice is an amazing designer, with a strong passion for branding, and is already a vital part of the team. She loves a good moodboard and a brainstorm when we begin new projects, and adds flair and creativity to all of her work.
